Women and Self-esteem Group

Our level of self-esteem affects what we think, how we communicate, and how we act. It affects how we see the world and our place in it as well as how others see and treat us.

Some strategies we will focus on include:

  • changing how we think about ourselves,
  • recognizing and respecting our boundaries,
  • learning and practising assertive communication

In this group we will examine self-concept, identify forces which shape self-esteem and learn strategies which enhance it.

There is no fee.
