Creating Yourself

“Creating is a process of becoming”

We can spend time throughout our lifetime wondering who are we? What do we stand for? Questioning, curiosity and a sense of wonder can guide us into some answers.

It means asking yourself, “Who am I?” … Learning to be who you are, not just doing in order to be. Why not align yourself with your destiny, birthright, and unique gifts?

Change is constant and life experiences can sometimes facilitate confusion, challenges or puzzles. People have varied experiences which may need some understanding, clarity or exploration. Self knowledge can contribute to our sense of identity and belonging in this world. By knowing yourself, you can truly know and understand another.

In this five/six-session group we will explore the theme of “Who am I?” This group will explore concepts about developing one’s self through creative exercises, reflections, and discussions. We will explore beliefs, values, hopes and dreams. The focus will be on knowing and growing in relationships with yourself and others.
