Are you wondering how your graduate education can best contribute to your career development? Do you know what content specific and transferable skills you want to utilize in your next job setting? How about connecting your values, skills and lifestyle preference to your career trajectory?

Group Description

This seven week group is focussed on graduate student professional development. Co-facilitated by Counselling Services and Coop Education & Career Services, it will help you define your core motivators, explore research and networking, and help you move toward the rewarding career you want. We will utilize standard vocational assessment instruments, individual and group activities.

Length: 7 weeks
Duration: 2 hours per session
Registration Cost: $20.00

Facilitator

This group is open to all UVic students and will be facilitated by Janet Sheppard of Counselling Services and a career educator from Co-op & Career Services.
