Issue
With so many career options available in today's labour
market, it can be difficult to determine what you want from a
career and what choices might be appropriate for you. In
order to make informed decisions about your career you need
to know yourself - your values, personality, interests, and
strengths - and how these factors are related to the world of
work.
Group Description
This group is designed to help you discover your passions
and develop career choices based on what is important to
you, your personality characteristics, what you are
interested in, and what you consider to be your strengths.
These factors are explored by using self-assessment
activities, interacting with group members, completing
a vocational inventory (i.e., Strong Interest Inventory) and researching career
options. Come find out more about yourself and how you can
use this information to help you develop career goals and
develop a range of choices that feel right for you.
