Understanding Yourself

A concept of the inner experience of a person and present process questions that will help participants to better understand themselves in relationship to themselves, another or a situation.

Finding Inner and Outer Balance

The Self Mandala is composed of eight areas within a person's self. These components are: physical, emotional, intellectual, contextual, spiritual, sensory, nutritional and interactional. The facilitator will share how one can get out of balance or back into balance when we focus on some components more than others.

Growing in Relationships

Sameness attracts and differences help us to grow.  Relationships can challenge and stimulate.  You will learn about the five love languages.  Knowing one's love longuage can support growth and connection within relationship.

Self Care Equals Less Stress

It is important to take care of ourselves, by taking responsibility for what we need and want. How stress can impact our lives will be explored. Caring for self is a healthy way to ensure success.

Living in the Moment

Time is an illusion; time stands still and yet time flies. Often people live in the past remembering or regretting, and people plan for the future or are afraid of what the future will bring. Being in the "now" moment enables us to create a memorable past and a hopeful future.

Sense of Inspiration

It takes time to notice the extraordinary when our lives are routine and predictable. The six senses support a sense of aliveness. Gaining awareness around us and choosing to be intentional, can help us to gain inspiration in our lives.

Speaking Your Voice

Speaking becomes powerful when sharing ideas that give you passion. Some concepts on how to deliver a strong message will be shared.

Know Thyself - Our Inner World

The facilitator will present a concept of the inner experience of a person and present process questions.  These questions will help participants to better understand themselves in relationship to themselves, another or a situation.

Visioning Your Life

Exercises to surface your values, inspirations and dreamswill help you to create a vision board (a collage of images and words).  It is through intention, imagery and cnd connection to our deeper longings that you can attract a fulfilling life.

Center Your Self

When we are grounded and centered, we are able to be more connected to ourselves, others and with our community and with life.  The facilitator will lead these drop-in sessions to stop the busyness of life and take some precious moments to reflect through practicing stillness, visualization and guided meditation.

Coping With Stress

The facilitator shares how we are impacted by stress.  By understanding and managing stress, we are more able to move from surviving to thriving.
